Nice to look at as you proceed through various levels. Also a sensible story line

While the game play was pretty good, the game is much too short for a $5 (at a 30% discount!) game. It needed to be at least twice as long.

I really enjoy playing these games, especially by Artifex Mundi solely because of the graphics. Their graphics are always amazing and I usually enjoy the story, however, this one just wasn’t as good in terms of story. To be honest, before getting the game I usually have a basic understanding of what the point of the game is. Going into this game, I didn’t really know what the plot was until the baby was actually taken from me. It was pretty basic, short, and fairly easy. I like the game, but I wish it was a lot longer, a little bit more difficult, and with a more interesting plot. The entire game is just me saving my baby from a dark sorcerer, which took probably about an hour and a half to play, whereas usually the games take me about 3 hours. For instance, Grim Legends, Enigmatis Series, and my favorite, Clockwork Tales, have amazing cut scenes, with great story telling and character backgrounds (basicaly the why things happened this way and why the character is the way he/she is aka character development). This one just didn’t have that and I’m a little disappointed with the plot, but never disappointed with the graphics. (Artists-you are awesome!) I will say that sometimes the words on the screen do not match what the voiceover says, which I always seem to notice. It was just too short and too easy for me to give it the five stars.

may be a good game but my download keeps crashing

This one (as well as another more recent Artifex Mundi release) cannot be played on a 27” iMac, because of a problem with the screen resolution that causes the screen to be offset and extending off the visible area. Can we please beta test our products before inflicting them on customers?

I am enjoying the game very much. It’s not the best, it’s not the worse Big Fish game. But it is enjoyable.

but wish it would allow for play in windowed format.

Very intriguing. Wonderful graphics.

First of all, I had to go to youtube game walk to learn I had to click on the crown (there was no any indication like “feathers”). Then when I completed the very 1st objective and brought the baby, NOTHING HAPPENED(!) as in a youtube video game walk through: the “OBJECTIVE COMPLETED” notice was supposed to pop-up, the King was supposed to talk to me etc…I am using OS X Yosemite, 15’’. Otherwise the graphics/sounds were great.

The game is okay. The graphics are basic and the voices arent good. Story is semi interesting, but the game is off center on my computer so I cant even finish the demo.

I am recovering from surgery and this was a perfect way to pass time. If I weren’t sick, it might have been too easy, but I am glad I bought it.

I do like hidden object games but not ones that are choppy or dark. This seems to be well put together.

Not a bad game. Simple story and fast game but really nice to have a map. Graphics are very good. The puzzles are easy to medium. The main problem is that is is constantly crashing!! That is why I gave it a 3 star.

Very interesting. I like trying to find the hidden objects and oh yes . . the puzzles are great also.

Pretty well done but some objects don’t make sense for their intended use. Also it is very short compared to some others. However it’s also only $3.99 so I guess that’s OK

made the game harder, it is an okay game. kind of clunky.

the game is nice. i bought it with full price, $6.99, and after I started to play the bonus level, the game blocked in the dressing room. I closed the game, restart my mac, even everything goes well (other apps), but nothing happened. So, I paid a full price for half of game. I am very disapointed. I wanted to uninstall the game and install it again, but it’s show me, if I reinstall the game I have to pay again half of the price. I am sorry I lost money for almost nothing.

Could have saved $6.99: Left the bedroom and the big FREEZE came. Tried restarting my MAC but to no avail. Maybe you need to reimburse or re-install for FREE. So happy I threw my money away.
